Q. Am I entitled to an NHS Eye Examination?
Do I need a new sight

need to be tested again - often 1 or 2 years.

Q. Can I re-use my current Spectacle frame?
A. Obviously this depends on the condition
of the frame and we would be happy to discuss this with you. Be aware
that sometimes this can be a false economy if the manufacturer is no
longer able to provide parts in the event of a future breakage.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We can accept payment by credit or debit
card and cash only. We do not accept American Express or Cheques.
Q. Do I get free NHS spectacles?
A. The NHS provides you with a Voucher if
you qualify. At Wivenhoe Eyecare this can be used to cover the cost of
certain Lenses. You will need to pay for the Spectacle frame yourself.
